Vera Kox’s work reflects the human-made impacts on post-industrial ecosystems and their physical traces. Her practice aims to reconsider preconceived notions of sculpture, moving away from the classical idea of a monument to seemingly soft materials, horizontal compositions, and found objects or situations whose meanings she transforms.
